Jim Gauthier Cadillac is thrilled to welcome Roxanne Hiebert as a Service Advisor. Roxanne comes from a family that has always been driven by service. Her father worked in automotive service, and Roxanne has brought that focus to Gauthier Cadillac. Roxanne has worked in service for more than twenty years, seventeen of which were at GM dealerships. Along the way she has been recognized for her work with the GM Elite Award on several occasions. Outside the service bay she is active in the outdoors, enjoying camping, snowmobiling and scuba diving.
